How
to Order

When
you find an item that you want to buy, enter the quantity you want to buy in the quantity box. In most cases, only one item is available, however, the
quantity in stock is shown below the item name line.
After entering the quantity, click the
add to cart button. A popup window will appear. From here you have three choices:
If you select Continue Shopping you will be returned back to the page where your
last selection was made.
If you select either Edit Order or the Checkout button
you will be taken to the shopping cart screen. Each time you click
add to cart for a product the popup window will appear and will show
the last item purchased and the number of items in the cart.

Once you have completed your shopping,
from the popup window click either Edit Order or the
Checkout button and you will be taken to the
shopping cart screen. If the popup window is not present you can select
Checkout under the Information
tab to be taken to the shopping cart screen. You may also select either
Shopping Cart or Checkout from the mini-cart box.

Once you have reached the shopping cart
screen you will need to verify products, quantity, and price. You can
also change the quantity. If you change
the quantity or delete an item you must click on Update Totals. You can delete an item by clicking the trash can icon.
Select your Country. If you select United States of America, select
you State. If you have a coupon or discount number, enter it in the box and click
Apply. If you wish to shop for more items, click
Continue Shopping. Once you have verified that the information is correct, click
Checkout.

On the next page
enter all the required information fields marked with the
*.
Please make sure your
email address is correct,
otherwise you will not receive any order confirmation or order
updates. For insurance
on your order you must select either yes or no.
If yes is selected, $3.00 will be added to your order total.
International customers should be aware that insurance may impact the value used by Customs.
Click on the box if you want to have your order shipped to a
different address. Under Miscellaneous, you can
enter Additional Information, select Remember Me,
Allow Promotional Emails, and enter Coupon, Discount, or Gift
Certificate numbers and select the
Payment method. When all
information has been entered, click the Checkout button.

At the next page, check totals,
select the type of shipping
(see Shipping Information below) and proceed to process payment by
clicking the
Checkout
button. If you selected to pay by Money Order or Cash, your order
will be completed and you will be taken to the Receipt page. You will
also receive a copy of the receipt by email which will contain the
mailing address for you payment. If you selected PayPal as
your payment method, you will be taken to the PayPal login page to
complete your order. You should return to this website by clicking the
Return to Merchant button in PayPal in order to complete your order
correctly and see the Receipt page. You will also receive a copy of
the receipt by email. Once your payment is received, your order will
be shipped. If for some reason you do not receive a Receipt by email
for your order, please email me. The email button is at the top of
every page.

Refunds
and Discounts

If
you need to return any items for some reason, you must email me
within 30 days from date of original order with a valid reason for
the return. You will be notified by return email of a decision to
accept return. All items are checked for damage before shipping,
therefore, I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping.

If
the request to return is approved, a refund by check, money order or
PayPal will be sent when returned item is received. The amount of the refund will be for
the amount of the item(s) and will not include shipping charges. Depending on reason for return,
there may be a $6.00 re-stock charge per return. Buyer is responsible for return
shipping costs.

A 10% discount applies to all orders over $150.00.

The minimum amount required
to purchase a Gift Certificate is $10.00.
